This property, renovated in the Spring of 2010, benefits from a private garden, with a large, south facing terrace and balcony.    

On the ground floor, there are two twin bedded rooms, a shower room with WC and washbasin,  a lounge with an open fire and two large patio doors opening onto the terrace area.  There is also a small kitchen, with a fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine. 

Upstairs, there is a twin bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, with a bidet, bath and washbasin.  There is a seperate WC and washbasin next to the bathroom.  A double bedroom, with it's own en-suite shower room is also located on this floor.

There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room.  The dining room has a small balcony offering the fantastic sea view, including the Islot de St Michel (as pictured above).  A TV (UK Satelitte)and DVD player are located in the living room, along with a wood burner. The kitchen and living rooms have two large patio doors, which open onto the large south facing balcony, which has it's own patio furniture.  The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, 5 plate gas hob, large electric oven, kettle and toaster.
