This property benefits from a private garden, with a large, south facing patio and balcony.On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a shower room with WC and washbasin, a bathroom, also with a WC and washbasin and a games room, with a wood burner, pool table, dart board, table tennis and two large patio doors opening onto the patio area.
Upstairs, there is a twin bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, which has a bidet, bath and washbasin. There is a seperate WC and washbasin next to the bathroom. A double bedroom, with it's own en-suite shower room is also located on this floor.
There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The dining room has a small balcony offering the fantastic sea view, including the Islot de St Michel (as pictured below). A TV (UK, French and international channels)and DVD player are located in the living room, along with a wood burner. The kitchen and living rooms have two large patio doors, which open onto the large south facing balcony, which has it's own patio furniture. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, 5 plate gas hob, large electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
